Renovation of an existing single-family residence located within Olympic Manor in Seattle, Washington. The interiors were completed demolished to incorporate an open-floor plan concept. The clean lines and natural materials breathe new life into the home, allowing site lines from wall to wall while relying on the openness to spread the natural light. Partnering with local contractor dowbuilt and their team of craftsman, fine-tuned details such as the alignment between wooden stair treads and the horizontal slats of the screen wall became possible.
