Renovation of an existing two-story residence located within the historic Wazee Wire Works Lofts building downtown. Collaborative design between Studio Slate, By Btooke Interiors, and Denver Design Build completely transformed the loft through a combination of modern materials and the exposure of many of the existing structural elements. The exposed brick walls and historic windows are accompanied by a chef’s kitchen, custom staircase, and multiple lounge areas.
